Love came down

Hello family & friends! It's been a while hasn't it? Well, I've been pretty busy doing life lol! I'm certain you can relate!

This week I've made fudge & my "zen stew" as I call it. Two of my favorite things for sure!

So Christmas is upon us indeed!

I wasn't sure if I would make it online on Christmas so I wanted to post this now.

Merry Christmas to all!

I'm pretty certain we all know why we celebrate Christmas! The birth of our Savior Jesus Christ! Yes...Love came down!

The Scripture says God is love in 1 John 4:16.

So what does that look like? How do you know if something is love?

Well, you can definitely read the Bible to find out, which I highly recommend, but here are 3 "quick tips" to keep in the back of your mind. Please know that the Scripture is the best place to go & is our final Word & authority.

1. Love is giving. Lust is taking.

2. Love can wait. Lust wants it now.

3. Love develops. Lust destroys.

I encourage you all to make sure that the situations you are in are in line with God's love & not the lusts of this world.
