Obstacles can be adventures!

WOW!!! The last couple of days were indeed filled with obstacles! I was tempted to be discouraged long term, however, thanks be to God that my discouragement only lasted a short time! I needed that reminder from the Lord that obstacles can be adventures as they are opportunities to trust Him! I'm also surrounded by family that encourage me and are my stakes when I start to wilt! Thank you!

So what happened???

Well, another temptation arose as I was typing this. I was going to type out this story in detail, however, it may have ended up a short story or novelette! LOL!

So in a nutshell: A bald tire, a flat tire, the tire that we bought went flat again, burnt out brake light, the other brake light burning out and all this in two days time! All those issues in themselves were enough, however, the repair of all these things became quite a disaster! LOL!

One of the things that happened was that on BOTH brake lights, the bulbs tore off the foundation when I went to remove them and they were BOTH burnt into the socket! Take a peek below! My wife and I worked as a team to get those pieces out of the socket, and I can say with a grateful heart as I sit here typing, that all is said and done! Have tires, will roll and have lights, will travel! But you know the true light don't you? Jesus Christ! Make sure of all lights, that you have the light of the world in you...Jesus Christ! That light will NEVER burn out. God bless and roll on!
